# Incoming mail

**STEP-1**

Enter the mail server panel, click the \[<mark style="color:green;">**Routing**</mark>] above, **e**nter the routing settings panel

**STEP-2**

in the description below, click the \[<mark style="color:green;">**add a route without an endpoint**</mark>]

**STEP-3**

Set these three items as shown in the figure, the mailbox prefix can be changed according to your need&#x73;**,**&#x74;hen click \[<mark style="color:green;">**Create route**</mark>]

**STEP-4**

In the \[<mark style="color:green;">**Messages**</mark>] panel, you can view the received emails
